1. Subscription Cancellation

• Users can cancel their ClickToBill subscription at any time through their account settings.
• Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Once canceled, users will retain access until the current subscription period expires.

2. Refund Policy

• Monthly Subscription: No refunds are provided for monthly subscription fees already paid.
• Annual Subscription: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
• One-Time Purchase: Refunds are not applicable for one-time purchases.
• Customization Services: Fees for custom development or integration services are non-refundable.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are only granted if there is a service failure due to technical issues from our end that we are unable to resolve.
• Users must provide sufficient proof of the issue when requesting a refund.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Any transaction fees deducted by payment processors are non-refundable.
