At ClickToBill, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations.
1. Subscription Cancellation
- Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings
- Access to services will continue until the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused subscription time
- Cancellation will prevent automatic renewal for the next billing cycle
2. Refund Eligibility
- Full refund available within 14 days of initial purchase
- Refund requests must be submitted through our support system
- Custom development work is non-refundable
- Account must not have violated our terms of service
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Money will be returned to the original payment method
- Processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount
- Email confirmation will be sent once refund is processed
4. Exceptions
- Enterprise plans have custom refund terms
- Promotional or discounted purchases may be non-refundable
- Abuse of refund policy may result in account termination
- Special circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
